My husband and I were extremely pleased with the assistance Mr. Daryoush Hematti provided in selling our home in Springfield, Virginia last week. Our house sale could not have gone any smoother or faster. Daryoush advised us on pricing that was spot on. We had two full price offers within three days. He did an excellent job of guiding us through the sale process and explaining each step in detail. We had a problem with our air conditioner that began the day the moving truck arrived. We had to travel to Florida with the moving truck so Daryoush voluntarily coordinated the air conditioning service which eventually led to the air conditioner being replaced. His professionalism and coordination skills are unmatched. He had everything under control from start to finish on our home sale. Every time we reached out to him with a question or concern, his response was immediate and always put our minds at ease. There were no surprises at Settlement and our money was in our account the next day. Again, we would like to thank Daryoush and Coldwell Banker for the excellent representation and assistance. We have recommended him to neighbors and friends. Hands down the best and most responsive realtor we have had the pleasure to work with.

3 months before my lease was up, I decided to buy my first home instead of rent again. Being a first-time home buyer, with a relatively short window of time to find a place, I was nervous about whether this was a realistic option. Daryoush set my mind at ease, and guided me through the entire process, even reassuring me when I became stressed thinking I would never find a place in time. He made recommendations for mortgage lenders, suggested I get pre-approved to make me more desirable to sellers, and guided me through all the paperwork entailed in buying a home; including encouraging me to review the condo docs - an action I've learned not all Realtors do. (Some of my neighbors don't even know what the condo docs are!) Daryoush, as a local Northern Virginian, has excellent knowledge of the area. His experience helped guide me towards areas that would be safe for a single female, had properties with a good record of retaining their value, and would likely continue to. I really consider myself lucky that Daryoush was my Realtor for my first home purchase. Even a year later, he still had the care and consideration to send me a "Congratulations on your first year of home ownership" card. I definitely recommend him.

We had a great first time home-selling experience with Daryoush. He was very helpful to walk us through the process, extremely knowledgeable regarding the Northern VA market, frequently staying on top of area comps and constantly in touch with us answering questions and keeping us up to date. We worked with Daryoush to sell our townhouse in South Riding. Our house received multiple offers and was under contract in less than 48 hours. We ended up closing in a month and for 2% over listing price! It was such a great experience working with Daryoush. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is very professional, communicative and proactive. There was never a point in the process that we didn't know exactly what was going on and what to expect. We are now purchasing a new construction home and are working with Daryoush as our buying agent. I would highly recommend Daryoush as a realtor. You definitely will not be disappointed.

Daryoush is a great realtor who grew up in northern VA and knows the area well. He took note of my wishlist and specific taste. He was also very responsive and super flexible in scheduling showings around my hectic schedule.
